What do the minimum power 4Mb microchips have to do with resolving Power Factor & Harmonics issues?
POWER FACTOR - Voltage and Current Waveform Displacement
Consultants/Engineers Q1: Where are the capacitors? Power Factor Correction = installed capacitor banks.
There are none. It's a solid-state electronics solution resolving reactive power with mathematical algorithms. .
Let's keep this simple ... a little science... all 5 x formulae below mean the same thing i.e. Power Factor (PF):

Energy Efficiency = Power Factor (PF)

True Power / Apparent Power = Power Factor (PF)

Active Power / Active Power + Reactive Power = Power Factor (PF)

KiloWatts / KiloWatts + KiloVolts-Amps Reactive = Power Factor (PF)

kW / kW + kVAr = Power Factor (PF)
If we could eliminate kVAr then kW / kW = PF = 1.0 (often referred to as unity) = perfect Energy Efficiency.
Attaining PF = 1.0 (unity) is virtually impossible, however 0.95 to 0.99 PF is perfectly acceptable to any utility.
MPTS™ is consistenly able to attain PF = 0.95 - 0.99 by virtually eliminating all of the kVAr (reactive power).
It aligns displacement between the supply electrical 50/60HZ voltage and current sinusoidal waveforms.
HARMONICS - Total Harmonics Distortion (THD) ... or Waveform Distortion
Power systems' THD implies higher peak currents, more heating, higher EMF and more motor core loss.
IEEE std. 519-2014 recommended practice & requirements for harmonic control in electric power systems.
MPTS™ introduced fully (IEEE std 519-2014) compliant 4 x Harmonics models in 2015 to its customer base.
Consider the Harmonics waveforms on the right:

Each harmonic is a power of the fundamental frequency e.g. 60 Hz

60/120/180/240/300 thru 3,000 = 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th/7th up to 50th

60-cycles per second each x 50-harmonics = 3,000 cycles per second

It needs the 4Mb chip power to read and report each of the 3,000 cps

Then the 4Mb chip power restores & reports all but the 1st harmonic

CONCLUSION
The genius of MPTS™ lies in first recognizing it was Jacobi's Law of 1840 that needed to be solved and then programming the mathematical algorithms into the motherboard 4Mb microchips found in each unit This only took from 2001 to 2006. Development from fluorescent bulbs to higher-amperage lighting sub-panels through 2008; then onto even higher-amperage mechanical sub-panels and facility wide electrical networks by 2013; led to UL (Underwriters Laboratories) certification in March 2013.

Finally, UL does not test and certify equipment then buy one to test and certify all vendor's electrical equipment unless it believes in its quality and performance ... proven these past 10years! Neither does NORAD, the North American Aerospace Defense Command ... considering it vitally strategic role.
